The Opportunity
At Okta, we are searching for an Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead the complete sales cycle in Hong Kong. You will focus on acquiring new logos while nurturing relationships with current customers and key regional influencers (including consultants and partners). Supported by an exceptional ecosystem, you’ll construct a robust pipeline, implement strategic territory plans, and consistently achieve bookings and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets.
Your Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales process in Hong Kong, encompassing prospecting, territory planning, discovery, solution positioning, pricing, negotiation, and closure.
Devise and implement a territory strategy aimed at generating new logo pipeline and ensuring predictable bookings.
Identify and engage accounts that fit Okta’s ideal customer profile, revealing high-impact use cases and buying triggers.
Facilitate complex enterprise transactions involving multiple stakeholders, including executive-level decision-makers.
Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer First, Business Value Management, Marketing, and Channel/Alliances to speed up deal velocity and outcomes.
