Your Responsibilities
- Actively identify, qualify, and close a robust sales pipeline.
- Strategically engage with CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end users.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships that lead to growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with our Solution Architects and Professional Services team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with enterprise ecosystem partners to maximize deal sizes.
- Participate in comprehensive sales enablement training, including our Sales Bootcamp and advanced sales training programs.
Your Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of field sales experience with a proven track record in a competitive environment.
- Demonstrated success in growing accounts and managing complex sales processes for enterprise clients.
- Proven history of exceeding sales targets and achieving high performance.
- Ability to clearly articulate the business value of intricate enterprise technology solutions.
- Proficient in cultivating business champions within client organizations.
- Highly motivated and competitive, with a strong ambition for success.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
