Key Responsibilities:Identify and secure net new logos within your assigned territory. Exhibit the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and identify executive sponsors and champions. Conduct research to comprehend the business objectives of your customers and guide them through a value-driven sales cycle. Work in tandem with internal partners to advance deals and ensure customer satisfaction. Consistently meet ARR revenue targets and drive success through a metrics-based approach. Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to generate a robust pipeline, seize sales opportunities, and deliver repeatable and predictable bookings.

About the Role

Glean is on the lookout for a seasoned and consultative Enterprise Account Executive in San Francisco to spearhead new logo acquisition and expansion across the Bay Area. You will take charge of the entire sales cycle—from generating leads to closing deals—while navigating intricate, multi-stakeholder negotiations with C-level executives. This role will involve close collaboration with Sales Engineering and crafting clear ROI and business cases that foster the adoption of Glean’s Work AI platform.
