You will collaborate closely with our founders and product teams to develop strategies, create detailed playbooks, and secure high-value contracts that will transform the research landscape.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and finalize enterprise deals: Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial discovery to closing.
  • Conduct consultative sales: Analyze complex research workflows, identify pain points, and co-create solutions with researchers and executives.
  • Communicate technical value: Articulate AI capabilities into actionable business and research outcomes tailored for key stakeholders.
  • Grow existing accounts: Initiate pilot programs, nurture key relationships, and expand Elicit's presence within major organizations.
  • Influence our growth strategy: Collaborate with founders and product teams to optimize messaging and streamline pilot processes.
  • Foster team development: Share insights, mentor junior members, and cultivate a culture of excellence in sales.
  • Act as the customer advocate: Gather and relay nuanced industry insights to guide product development.
