Key Responsibilities: Enrollment: Oversee and ensure accountability for the enrollment process across multiple projects. Coordinate with various data sources to address outstanding enrollment applications and inquiries. Collaborate with Client Success program managers to secure enrollment incentives for customers and maintain accurate reporting. Implement attrition management strategies with device partners to optimize program outcomes. Work alongside internal teams to identify and recommend improvements to our product, incentive offerings, invoicing, and enrollment processes. Manage a trouble ticket queue, tracking issues from report to resolution. Establish and uphold service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure client and customer satisfaction. Support: Deliver regular reporting on program support activities as needed. Maintain comprehensive instructional and troubleshooting documents for end customers and utility program staff. Perform additional duties as assigned.

As part of our growing team, you will facilitate the end-to-end enrollment process, including customer support, incentive processing, invoicing, and managing attrition while striving to enhance our existing enrollment procedures.
