Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct testing on motor and drive units using specialized dynamometer setups.
  • Configure equipment and devices for specialized tests with proficiency in:
    • Analog I/O
    • Digital I/O
    • CAN systems
    • Low and High voltage systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot test setups across mechanical, electrical, and software domains.
  • Collaborate with design engineering to create custom test configurations.
  • Design and fabricate basic lab fixtures and tools.
  • Acquire, install, organize, and maintain testing equipment.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and functional lab and workshop environment.
  • Perform regular maintenance on testing equipment.
  • Assist engineering teams with prototype development, proof of concept studies, and process validation.
  • Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
