Your Role:
As a key member of CoreWeave’s Talent Acquisition team, you will support engineering recruitment across the EMEA region, closely collaborating with hiring managers in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Production Engineering, and Operations Engineering. Your focus will be on sourcing top-tier technical talent within complex, distributed systems environments, ensuring a swift and quality candidate experience.
Position Overview:
This Contract Recruiter will be responsible for the complete recruitment cycle for various engineering roles in EMEA, specifically targeting SRE, Production, and Operations Engineering positions. You will partner with hiring managers to define role specifications, create targeted sourcing strategies, and manage candidate pipelines from initial outreach through to offer acceptance. Operating within a high-growth environment, you will adeptly balance multiple requisitions while upholding stringent hiring standards and timelines. This role demands strong market research skills, proactive sourcing, and the capacity to navigate complex technical hiring landscapes across diverse regions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, particularly in technical roles within engineering.
- Demonstrated success in hiring across EMEA markets, including the UK, Poland, and broader Europe.
- Experience in recruiting for SRE, Production Engineering, Operations Engineering, or other similar infrastructure roles.
- Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent requisitions (5–10+ roles at once).
- Strong sourcing capabilities, utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other direct sourcing techniques.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes and fostering a positive candidate experience.
