Qualifications
Exceptional communication abilities, both internally and externally. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mechanical process sector. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab). Adept at collaborating effectively in cross-functional and multifunctional teams in a global context. Familiarity with DMMs, VVTs, and technical specifications related to mechanical processes. Experience with core tools such as PFMEA, CP, SPC, APQP, MSA, and PPAP. In-depth knowledge of ESD standards. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (75% proficiency preferred). Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies including Shainin, Six Sigma, PDCA, and 8D. Ability to effectively manage conflicts and work under pressure. Competence in interpreting mechanical drawings. Willingness to travel as needed.

As an Engineering Supervisor, you will be pivotal in enhancing and sustaining manufacturing processes while ensuring the technical availability of equipment across all shifts. Your mission includes meeting Value Stream KPIs such as IDC, FOR, and Technical Downtime.
You will oversee the introduction of new products, define equipment and process requirements, and manage their acquisition, validation, and installation within the production environment. Furthermore, you'll develop comprehensive process documentation and training materials for technicians, as well as maintenance procedures that encompass preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
