As an Engineering Supervisor, you will be pivotal in enhancing and sustaining manufacturing processes while ensuring the technical availability of equipment across all shifts. Your mission includes meeting Value Stream KPIs such as IDC, FOR, and Technical Downtime.You will oversee the introduction of new products, define equipment and process requirements, and manage their acquisition, validation, and installation within the production environment. Furthermore, you'll develop comprehensive process documentation and training materials for technicians, as well as maintenance procedures that encompass preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
