As an Engineering Project Manager, you will not just manage projects; you will drive a technological revolution. Acting as the pivotal link among our engineering, industrialization, and logistics teams, you will guarantee that our ambitious projects achieve their potential. Your responsibilities will span from overseeing testing phases to serving as the primary technical contact for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership – Take the helm of diverse technical projects, managing every phase from inception to completion while adhering to quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) targets. Efficiently plan, schedule, and allocate project resources to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
Development Integration – Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to enhance manufacturing workflows and ensure seamless transitions from design to production. Serve as the flight operations point of contact to facilitate smooth project execution.
Logistics Management – Supervise logistics operations to maintain efficient production workflows and optimize industrialization processes.
Risk Assessment – Conduct thorough evaluations to identify potential risks, assess their likelihood and impact, and establish mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Testing Oversight – Manage product testing, validation, and qualification phases, analyze outcomes, and initiate corrective actions as necessary.
Client Liaison – Act as the technical representative for clients, ensuring their requirements are met while keeping them updated on project progress, milestones, and any adjustments.
Proposal Contribution – Collaborate with the sales team to prepare technical proposals and cost estimates, ensuring our solutions align with customer expectations.
