Key Responsibilities in This Role

We seek an Engineering Manager with robust technical leadership skills, tasked with guiding and nurturing a high-performing engineering team. This position melds deep technical knowledge with people management, centering on the development of reliable, scalable solutions, while mentoring engineers and cultivating a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
What You Will Be Doing
Foster a high-performing team environment that empowers engineers to excel.
- Coach, mentor, and cultivate engineering talent through regular feedback, performance management, and career development planning, while facilitating team growth as required.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify goals, and translate needs into scalable technical solutions and platform capabilities.
- Establish and continuously enhance team processes to promote iterative delivery, innovation, and high reliability.
- Drive both short- and long-term improvements in engineering-wide practices such as development methodologies, hiring/onboarding, team cohesion, and incident response.
- Address systemic obstacles to team health, system performance, and project delivery.
- Promote and extend a culture focused on transparency, safety, and growth.
