What you’ll do
As the Engineering Manager for Onboarding, you will lead a team focused on developing systems and product experiences that drive customer activation at Brex. This includes optimizing onboarding processes, account setup, verifications, and integration workflows to ensure customers quickly realize the value of our services. This role demands strategic insight, operational excellence, technical acumen, and a fervent commitment to delivering seamless, AI-enhanced customer journeys. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling user-facing onboarding systems, providing high-quality product experiences, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Design, Operations, and Go-To-Market teams.
Where you’ll work
This position is based in our San Francisco office, offering a hybrid work environment that blends the dynamism of in-office work with the flexibility of remote arrangements. Currently, we require team members to be in the office at least two days a week (Wednesday and Thursday). Starting February 2, 2026, this requirement will increase to three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Additionally, employees can enjoy up to four weeks of fully remote work each year!
