About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Mobile Engineering Manager to lead our mobile app development teams, focusing primarily on Android. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing a high-performing engineering team dedicated to mobile innovation.
What You’ll Do
Lead, mentor, and expand a talented team of mobile engineers and team leaders.
Oversee recruitment, performance evaluations, career growth, and team culture development.
Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to ensure cross-functional alignment and streamline efforts across distributed teams.
Champion high standards in code quality, testing, and architecture, while balancing the need for rapid iteration with long-term sustainability and security.
What You’ll Need
A minimum of 7 years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing a mobile engineering team.
Proven experience in writing production-level code and successfully leading engineering teams to deliver complex features from concept to launch.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
