Your Role
As the Engineering Manager for the Integrations team, you will guide a team of over 6 mid-senior full-stack engineers based in London and India. Your responsibilities will include close collaboration with fellow engineering managers and teams, focusing on integrations to ensure alignment and efficiency while managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional stakeholders. Although primarily a leadership role, some technical individual contributor tasks may also be required due to the current team size. Anticipate growth in team size, scope, and impact, offering significant potential for career advancement and added responsibilities.
This position reports to our Director of Engineering, based in Canada. We are looking for someone to join our team in the London office. Please note that this is a hybrid role, with the expectation to be in the office 2-3 times a week.
