You will lead the vision and implementation of our IAM strategy, which encompasses Workspaces, enterprise-grade Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), enhancements to Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and a cohesive identity platform across all Lambda products and services.Your ResponsibilitiesCraft intuitive, visually appealing web interfaces tailored for ML/AI cloud users.Integrate top-tier tools, workflows, and models from the AI domain.Own features from conception through deployment and monitoring.Qualifications (Must-Haves)8+ years of backend or platform engineering experience, with 3+ years in leading IAM or authentication/authorization projects.Extensive knowledge of modern IAM patterns and technologies:Authentication methods (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML)Authorization techniques (RBAC, ABAC, fine-grained permissions)Advanced methods in MFA and authentication factorsSCIM and comprehensive identity lifecycle managementProven experience in integrating and customizing third-party identity platforms (such as Auth0, Okta, WorkOS) at scale.Robust architectural and systems design skills for distributed, multi-tenant SaaS environments.
