RESPONSIBILITIESProvide leadership and mentorship to a diverse team of harness engineers, leveraging your knowledge and expertise. Oversee departmental staffing, budget management, performance assessments, employee development, succession planning, and daily operations. Deliver technical guidance in electrical engineering pertaining to harness development, manufacturing, and testing. Ensure that the team’s outputs meet requirements, specifications, and programmatic needs. Establish departmental standards and processes that define our operational quality and expectations. Act as the liaison between leadership, programs, and engineering teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of innovative solutions. Lead qualification and testing initiatives related to harness activities, while remaining available for support during critical phases.

YOUR MISSION

We invite you to join us as a visionary and experienced leader who will build, manage, and guide a team of harness engineers in the effective design and development of harness assemblies for spacecraft, missile defense, and related testing equipment. These designs will integrate electronics and power subsystems across spacecraft, missiles, and test configurations, including vital interconnected systems such as power, propulsion, guidance, navigation, data, and telemetry. The successful design and implementation of harnesses are essential components of any spacecraft system.
