Position: Engineering Manager (EIS Team)

Office Location: Madrid - Hybrid Work Model: 4 days in-office and 1 day remote

Role Overview:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager to steer a team of skilled engineers in the development and upkeep of our state-of-the-art financial technology platform. In this role, you will be instrumental in defining the technical strategy for one of our new teams within the stream-focused domain, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our customers' diverse needs. Your leadership will cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence, driving continuous improvement and team growth.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Technical Leadership:
  • Own a domain/subdomain and set the 0-6 month technical roadmap.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to maintain architectural consistency.
  • Ensure accountability for the reliability, availability, and security of your systems.
  • Guarantee that all systems have adequate support, SLAs, on-call rotation, and documentation.

Delivery Management:

  • Oversee your team’s delivery, including planning and execution.
