Role overview
The AI Models Infrastructure Team within Intercom’s AI Group develops and maintains the core infrastructure that supports the company’s proprietary AI models. Intercom is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead this team. This is a technical leadership position working at the intersection of infrastructure and artificial intelligence.
What you will do
- Guide a team of engineers building and operating the infrastructure for Intercom’s AI models
- Work closely with other teams to ensure the reliability and scalability of AI systems
- Support ongoing technical growth within the team and stay current with advances in AI
Who we’re looking for
- Experience managing technical teams, ideally in AI or related fields
- Strong background in infrastructure or platform engineering
- Commitment to continuous technical development
