About the Role
The AI Models Infrastructure Team sits within Intercom’s AI Group. As Engineering Manager, lead a team focused on designing and maintaining the infrastructure that powers Intercom’s AI models. This work is central to how Intercom’s AI capabilities evolve and scale.
