YOUR MISSION
True Anomaly is in search of an innovative Electro-Optical Systems Engineering Manager to lead a dynamic team responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and testing high-performance yet cost-effective optical systems for our seeker and autonomous orbital vehicles. This includes Rendezvous and Proximity Operations (RPO) suites, LiDAR, hyperspectral imaging, and other advanced EO/IR payloads. Reporting directly to the VP of New Product Engineering, this position encompasses significant technical contributions alongside personnel management and strategic product planning. The ideal candidate will be an acknowledged expert in electro-optical systems development, possessing a comprehensive understanding of the latest advancements in the field and the decisiveness to swiftly evaluate vertically integrated versus COTS solutions. Collaboration with Business Development and the Program Office will be key in defining and executing the company’s EO systems roadmap, translating mission objectives into functional hardware that provides tangible on-orbit capabilities.
