YOUR MISSION
We are seeking a forward-thinking Engineering Manager for Digital Systems Design to guide our electrical engineering design team in the development of spacecraft avionics computing hardware. This role, reporting to the VP of New Product Engineering, involves both technical leadership and people management, as well as program planning and product delivery. You will oversee the complete design lifecycle of a growing array of custom avionics hardware, which includes high-performance processing, I/O interfaces, and mixed-signal electronics. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical vision for scalable, high-reliability embedded compute architectures, with a strong emphasis on minimizing size, weight, power, and cost (SWaPC), as well as a proactive approach to enhancing design processes and toolchains as the team and product line expands.
