- What would it take? We question assumptions to deliver ambitious outcomes.
- It’s the people. Our team is our competitive edge, and together we excel.
YOUR MISSION
As the Engineering Manager for Application Security, you will be tasked with establishing and leading True Anomaly's application security team. Your focus will be on securing our most crucial software, including flight software that operates in orbit and command and control (C2) systems that are critical for mission success. This is a unique opportunity to influence the future of application security in national security space systems, building a world-class team from the ground up and defining the processes, tools, and culture necessary to secure our spacecraft and ground operations.
In this role, you will enjoy significant autonomy to recruit and nurture a high-performing application security team over the next year. You will define the application security strategy, embed security throughout the software development lifecycle, and lay the groundwork for a security program that addresses the unique demands of flight-critical and mission-critical systems in contested environments.
This position is perfect for a technical leader who excels at team building, desires to make a significant impact on cutting-edge space technology, and is motivated by the challenge of solving complex security issues at the intersection of embedded systems, real-time software, and cloud-based command and control.
This role requires a minimum Secret clearance, with a strong preference for an active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI.
