The Agent teams are dedicated to developing and scaling advanced AI solutions that streamline customer workflows, ranging from autonomous analysis to user-driven automation. As an Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming ambitious product visions into concrete, production-ready agent functionalities that drive significant results for our clients.
This team operates with the agility of a highly aligned unit, fostering close collaboration among Engineering, Product, Design, and Research Engineering. We thrive on rapid feedback and prioritize experimentation, viewing uncertainty as an opportunity for innovative design. Our approach includes formal practices for exploration and exploitation, ensuring we focus on impactful solutions while discarding ineffective ones.
