Qualifications

Required:Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or a closely related field. Possession of Engineering-in-Training (EIT) certification or the ability to obtain it within one year of employment. A minimum of 4 years of pertinent land development engineering experience, including:Experience in private-sector commercial, residential, and mixed-use land development projects. Preparation of engineering reports, civil construction plans, and permitting submissions. Collaboration within small to mid-sized design teams. Provision of land development engineering services within Texas. Strong knowledge of stormwater analysis, site drainage, and civil design standards. Proficient in various software applications such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, StormCAD, Hydraflow Express, Bentley storm suites, and other common hydrologic/hydraulic modeling tools. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
