Qualifications:A technical undergraduate degree or equivalent quality assurance experience of over 5 years. Proven leadership abilities with a strong track record in implementing problem-solving methodologies to benefit the organization. Preferably more than 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Demonstrated capacity to influence cross-functional teams and drive organizational change. Familiarity with operational excellence tools including but not limited to Lean manufacturing, FMEA, 8D, PDCA, and Six Sigma. Experience in Capital Equipment building, ideally within the Semiconductor industry. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles. Understanding of new product introduction systems, processes, and standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to identify potential gaps and provide insightful feedback.
  • Develop comprehensive and well-structured inspection plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance testing processes.
  • Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate customer escalations and feedback, investigating non-conformances and implementing effective solutions.
  • Thoroughly document and track internal manufacturing indices to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Engineers, Logistics, Commodity) to identify system gaps and enhance manufacturing flow requirements.
  • Monitor and track quality assurance metrics to ensure compliance and excellence.
