Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Engineer I to join our Upstream Process Development team within the Protein Development and CMC group. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled team focused on bacterial fermentation development.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Hands-on experience in operating and maintaining bioreactors, including Ambr® 250, at laboratory scale.
  • Familiarity with pilot-scale fermentation and recovery equipment is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and presentation for process enhancement, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • A true team player who collaborates effectively, communicates openly, and is committed to achieving optimal outcomes aligned with company objectives.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
