Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.2+ years of experience in propulsion systems design, testing, or related engineering roles. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex engineering problems. Experience with engine test operations and data analysis. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with CAD software and simulation tools is a plus. Passion for aerospace innovation and a desire to contribute to cutting-edge projects.

About the Team:  

The Propulsion team at Relativity is dedicated to the development and delivery of high-performance, manufacturable engines for the Terran R. Engineers within this team are responsible for the entire lifecycle of their components, from initial design through production, qualification, and flight. We cultivate a culture of inclusive decision-making, free from technical barriers, where accountability and ownership are paramount. Designing engines capable of producing over a quarter million pounds of thrust is just the beginning. As we transition to qualification of the flight configuration, our team is actively exploring enhancements for future engines, including thrust upgrades, new operational cycles, and design optimizations for mass production.
