Position Overview
In the role of Engagement Manager (EM) at Cognition, you will play a pivotal role in our customer-centric approach. You will serve as the driving force behind the successful adoption and utilization of Devin within our key enterprise accounts. Your mission is to cultivate deeper engagement and deliver outstanding results for our clients.
Working alongside industry-leading AI researchers, you will be instrumental in guiding enterprise transformations powered by Devin, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives. You will design and implement strategic engagement plans that unlock scalable growth and significant enterprise value. This includes establishing centers of excellence and enablement programs that empower engineers to maximize their use of our solutions. Your efforts will transform early successes into lasting, organization-wide impacts, and you will set the standard for how major enterprises harness the power of AI Agents.
To excel in this role, you should have a background in technical environments, whether in consulting, customer success, solutions engineering, or technical program management. A strong sense of ownership and the ability to execute quickly are key attributes for success in this position.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Identifying and cultivating new opportunities for Devin that align with our clients' engineering objectives.
Managing the onboarding process and rollout of our solutions to thousands of engineers, ensuring seamless deployment.
Leveraging top-tier analytical and program management skills to assist customer executives and teams in realizing and tracking value.
Creating and leading initiatives that enhance user engagement and drive consumption of our products.
