This is an incredible opportunity to join a strong team at an early-stage product!As we continue to grow rapidly, our analytics are fragmented: some metrics are available, others are not, and attribution issues persist, leaving us without a complete picture of the business. Therefore, we are in search of a curious Data Analyst who will take ownership of our analytics and help us become genuinely data-driven.Responsibilities for This Role:You will build and streamline analytics from the ground up and enhance existing setups.You will take ownership of the analytics across the entire business: marketing, product, and operations.You will collaborate with the engineering lead to work through data connectors and events.You will resolve attribution issues and inconsistencies in data.You will create dashboards in Tableau to serve as the single source of truth for the team.You will set up alerts for key metrics.You will support A/B testing for marketing and product initiatives.You will quickly dive into data to uncover real issues and growth opportunities.

As such, we are in search of a Junior Data Analyst who is eager to grow quickly, take on responsibilities, and build analytics alongside a budding business.Our current analytics setup is partially established, with some metrics missing and attribution issues present; we lack a complete view of our business. We are looking for a curious Junior Data Analyst who will help tidy up our data and gradually take ownership of the analytics domain.Responsibilities in this Role:Assist in building and maintaining analytics for product, marketing, and operations.Work with existing datasets, events, and dashboards.Collaborate with the engineering and analytics leads to set up data connectors.Help fix attribution and data quality issues.Update and maintain dashboards in Tableau.Assist with A/B testing for marketing and product initiatives.Quickly learn to dive into data to uncover issues and growth opportunities for the business.You will work directly with the CEO, Product, CMO, and Engineering Lead and receive strong mentorship.
