Minimum of 4 years of experience in a specialized Employee Relations role, preferably within Financial or Professional Services. Strong knowledge of FCA Conduct Rules and Senior Manager & Certification Regime. Experience in managing employee grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, whistleblowing, and performance management. Proven ability to enhance processes and embed best practices within the Employee Relations function. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with People Partners and Advisors.
