Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree; a Master's Degree is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and acquire new clients by building networks and independently sourcing relevant leads for sales and business growth.
  • Assess and address customers' needs independently.
  • Develop and utilize resources that align with business development and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure exceptional client experience throughout all interactions, from follow-ups to service delivery.
  • Attract and retain clients by crafting innovative outreach strategies in partnership with the marketing department.
  • Align with organizational operational procedures to support revenue generation and sales expansion objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage relationships within Corporate and Investment Banking, directing the fulfilment team to execute business operations at client sites.
  • Increase the portfolio of Employee Banking clients by targeted percentages.
  • Coordinate Helpdesk and Induction activities at client locations to drive revenue through the promotion of retail asset products and services.
  • Oversee lead generation and management through the FAB CRM systems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Exceed customer service expectations, ensuring effective complaint management and service enhancements.
  • Efficiently manage the bulk account opening process for employees of targeted CIBG/TML customers.
  • Design and implement strategies to boost business penetration in the region.
  • Engage with Corporate & Investment Banking and Business Banking teams to provide clients with a comprehensive retail banking package.
  • Drive multi-product sales with a focus on enhancing corporate profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitive dynamics, sharing insights with the Business Intelligence team to adapt strategies effectively.
  • Work closely with strategic alliances within PBG sales and distribution.
  • Comply with the bank's Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, and Code of Conduct.
