KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain a comprehensive understanding of patient conditions, team capabilities, and overall shift requirements. Oversee daily operations and guide the team in adapting to unexpected challenges. Clearly assign and adjust shift roles to meet the needs of the team and patients. Actively participate in patient care and support team members as needed. Coordinate team breaks, facilitate conflict resolution, and exemplify calmness under pressure. Lead shift transitions and conduct team huddles along with end-of-day evaluations. Communicate effectively, directing inquiries appropriately and addressing key concerns. Transform downtime into valuable learning opportunities or moments for respite. Document incidents and significant events with an emphasis on transparency and improvement.
