• Our physicians deliver bedside wound care across more than 3,200 facilities in 28 states.
• We provide extensive physician-level wound management training and a fellowship, equipping you with the knowledge and expertise for clinical excellence.
• W2 physicians can expect to earn an average of $300,000 annually, plus benefits, for a 30-hour work week (part-time opportunities are available).
• Paid training is included.
 
Practice Overview:
 
• Full-time hours: Monday - Friday (7 am - 4 pm), with part-time options available.
• No on-call duty or weekend clinical responsibilities.
• Physicians provide contemporary wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings, including skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals.
• Weekly wound rounds are conducted at each facility.
• Part-time roles require a minimum of 3 days per week, while full-time roles typically involve 4-5 days per week.
• This is a mobile practice; physicians will travel to facilities within a 40-60 mile radius.
• Physicians typically visit 2-3 facilities daily, treating 20-30 patients.
• Clinical documentation is completed in real-time at the point of care using our specialized wound-specific EMR.
• Comprehensive training is provided during onboarding, followed by a 6-month wound care fellowship.
