To succeed in this role, you should possess:A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Finance, with certification in relevant modules (e.g., FI, SD, AR). Experience with at least one end-to-end SAP implementation, preferably across multiple countries. Familiarity with SAP ASAP or Activate delivery methodology. ITIL certification (desirable). A robust understanding of Finance and Commercial business processes, particularly within O2C. A consultative mindset, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to customer service and continuous improvement. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Join us as an EMEA SAP Functional Analyst – Finance O2C, where you will be instrumental in enhancing and supporting Colliers’ SAP Finance platform across the EMEA region, specifically in the Order to Cash (O2C) process. This pivotal role collaborates closely with Finance and Commercial stakeholders to address business process challenges and pinpoint areas for improvement within the SAP S/4HANA environment. As a key partner in project proposals, you will act as a co-owner alongside business stakeholders throughout the IS Governance process.

As Colliers EMEA embarks on its SAP transformation journey, the successful candidate will become part of a dynamic team dedicated to the service delivery and continuous enhancement of SAP applications, including SAP S/4HANA, Concur, SAC, and BTP Services.

Purpose of Role: You will operate within the Corporate Technology Finance Systems team, ensuring adherence to best practice ITIL standards in both daily support and ongoing development efforts.

Role Overview and Responsibilities:

In the SAP S/4HANA – Finance O2C Domain, you will:

  • Support and maintain SAP Finance modules pertinent to O2C, encompassing Accounts Receivable (AR), Credit Management, Billing, Revenue Recognition, and Customer Master Data.
  • Serve as a liaison among technical teams, business users, and developers to enhance service delivery and accelerate development processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional, configuration, and data-related challenges within the O2C domain.
  • Provide third-level support and collaborate with SAP and AMS providers to secure expert-level resolutions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for production errors and recommend sustainable solutions.
  • Work collaboratively on designing, developing, and releasing software changes that align with architectural standards and Colliers’ IT strategy.
  • Create business analysis deliverables utilizing Colliers-standard documentation and tools.
  • Identify and manage technical projects aimed at maintaining service levels and enhancing platform performance.
  • Support system integration designs across Finance, Sales, and Customer Service functions.
  • Maintain and revise technical documentation in accordance with configuration changes.
  • Execute quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with functional and technical specifications, ensuring all necessary testing is completed before implementing changes or enhancements.
