Your contributions will help us design systems that enhance efficiency and foster global growth.We are in search of a Strategy & Operations generalist to influence our expansion and operational strategies. You will collaborate on high-impact initiatives across various domains, including product development, finance, go-to-market strategies, pricing, onboarding, and partnerships. Your insights will be pivotal in overcoming challenges, scaling processes, and achieving superior outcomes for our merchants.This is a generalist position that prioritizes versatility over specialization. One week you might be developing a financial model for a new market, the next, you might be defining a product feature with the engineering team, and soon after, negotiating a merchant agreement. If you prefer a narrow focus, this role may not be the right fit.You will have direct access to the CEO and the founding team, gaining invaluable experience typically reserved for roles requiring decades of experience. Key ResponsibilitiesProduct ManagementServe as the key informant for the company, providing market and merchant insights to guide the product roadmap.Identify and prioritize features based on merchant challenges and commercial potential.Collaborate with engineering to implement enhancements quickly.Monitor product performance and assess competitive positioning.Operations & Go-To-Market StrategyDevelop and refine scalable processes within onboarding, compliance, and merchant operations.Initiate new market launches with comprehensive legal, tax, payments, and operational frameworks.
