We are on the lookout for an Analyst to join our dynamic London team. In this capacity, you will support clients in achieving organizational transformation through your robust technical expertise and data-driven analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Become an integral part of the client-facing engagement team, establishing trusted relationships at all necessary levels to address key business challenges by leveraging your experience, data insights, and Orgvue capabilities.
  • Oversee all facets of our Professional Services projects, including implementing technical data architecture solutions, manipulating and transforming data utilizing tools such as SQL and Python, crafting insightful analytics dashboards and visualizations, and collaborating with our clients to enhance their Organizational Planning & Analysis (OP&A) and Transformation capabilities.
  • Conduct Data-Driven Organizational Design (DDOD) by providing analytical insights into current business operations through effective data capture, analysis, and storytelling, while assisting clients in tracking and monitoring workforce changes over time.
  • Advise and train clients on optimizing their use of Orgvue to meet both operational and strategic business objectives.
