The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, focusing initially on immediate project execution, security plan development, and resource management.Key Responsibilities:Provide operational support and strategic advice to senior leadership.Collaborate with the Security Operations Center (SOC) on various initiatives.Ensure alignment with senior leadership's policies and strategies.Assist in the evaluation, development, and execution of site-specific security strategies.Direct and oversee security personnel and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project contracts and timelines.Deliver essential safety briefings to local staff and visitors on-site.Lead the development and implementation of emergency crisis protocols, site security surveys, and training programs.Support security investigations as needed.Monitor responses to local security incidents, providing crisis management and emergency response support alongside the SOC.Generate periodic intelligence reports and assessments for clients.Liaise with government authorities, including military and law enforcement agencies.Prepare security reports with insights from SOC intelligence.Be available to respond to emergencies or incidents promptly.Assist in reporting and managing Key Control Risks.Carry out other tasks as required by daily operations with clients.

This position is responsible for formulating and executing security protocols, collaborating closely with law enforcement, performing routine safety audits, and leading the security team effectively.Manage the Security department and its operations.Keep the General Manager updated on all security-related issues.Collaborate with management and staff to address security concerns and prevent losses.Coordinate with local law enforcement and fire safety officials as required.Foster teamwork and maintain respect across departments.Stay informed about daily operations and possess in-depth product knowledge of hotel amenities.Regularly review and enhance security procedures as necessary.Train the security team on hotel regulations and operational factors including fire prevention, emergency response, and report writing.Ensure timely distribution of daily security reports to the leadership team.Prepare incident and security reports for review with the General Manager.Maintain confidentiality regarding all security-related and business matters.Participate in safety and security meetings, as well as other staff meetings.Be fully equipped and trained to handle all emergency situations according to established protocols.Regularly assess internal policies and procedures to ensure optimal security and efficiency and make recommendations for policy adjustments to leadership.Collaborate with the engineering department to ensure regular maintenance of safety equipment and ensure security across all departments.Supervise the control of contractors, visitors, and suppliers entering and exiting back-of-house areas, including management of visitor passes.Conduct routine checks and oversight of all security posts, including the CCTV room.Ensure all staff are well-versed in the hotel’s emergency procedures and prepared for any crisis.Develop and update the emergency manual with relevant procedures and forms.Work with the Director of Engineering to create a comprehensive fire and safety manual and conduct regular training for existing and new employees, including live fire drills.Initiate regular fire-fighting training in cooperation with local authorities for all hotel departments.
