Position Overview
As an Elementary Teacher, you will be a subject matter expert, specializing in either Humanities or STEM. Each Rocketship school is reinforced by leadership that provides weekly coaching and immediate feedback in the classroom to foster continual professional development. Just as our teachers dedicate themselves to their students' progress, we are equally committed to your growth through collaborative opportunities, development initiatives, and performance-based compensation linked to student progress and teaching excellence.

Our commitment to collaboration extends beyond the classroom. We recognize that parental engagement is crucial for student success. Through annual home visits, monthly community meetings, and a robust network of parent volunteers, we cultivate genuine relationships, a vibrant school culture, and a supportive community that drives student achievement.

This position reports directly to the Principal or Assistant Principal.
