Electronics Engineering Manager

As the Electronics Engineering Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of skilled electronics engineers. Your leadership will be crucial in defining the future of our satellite technology, pushing the limits of innovation, and delivering unparalleled performance that redefines industry benchmarks.

Role Responsibilities

  • Directly manage, mentor, and grow a diverse team of junior and senior electronics engineers.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and architect our next-generation electronic systems.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of electronic hardware from design and development to implementation and verification.
  • Create and manage a detailed project schedule to ensure hardware development aligns with program timelines.
  • Drive the design process, including specifications, component selection, circuit board design, and system-level integration.
  • Lead hands-on debugging, board bring-up, and system validation processes.
  • Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new talent to support our rapid expansion.
  • Provide expert support to production and operations teams for the effective deployment and utilization of our hardware.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
