Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics. Proficiency in UNIX systems and experience with scripting languages (Python, Perl, Bash) are essential. You should have excellent communication skills, enjoy presenting ideas to both internal and external clients, and demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail. A proactive mindset is crucial for thriving in our fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Familiarity with Market Data/Order Entry systems and a strong interest in the operations of modern electronic markets are highly valued. Previous industry experience and/or Series 7 or 57 certification is preferred.

This pivotal role involves managing our state-of-the-art electronic trading environment, renowned for its efficiency and robustness. You will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and optimizing trading systems, addressing risk, regulatory requirements, and development tasks. The TradeOps team is committed to automating procedures and preparing for unexpected challenges. Your responsibilities will range from debugging processes to ensure timely market openings, to making critical decisions balancing compliance, risk, and profitability during trading hours, as well as implementing new trading strategies smoothly.
