KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Counter Sales and Warehouse teams in their daily operations.

- Engage with customers via phone and other communication methods to provide support.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Collect customer feedback to help improve product functionality and service.
- Foster effective internal communication within the sales and warehouse teams.
- Maintain a strong focus on delivering high-quality service and implementing best practices.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization at the sales counter.
- Organize and stock inventory related to electrical products in the warehouse and at the counter.
- Prepare and pick orders for counter customers.
- Maintain cleanliness in the electrical section of the warehouse.
- Deliver products to customers as needed.
