Qualifications
What We Are Looking For:Apprentice-trained or equivalent, fully conversant with electrical engineering disciplines. Experience with 415v AC 3-phase motor contactor control circuits, including squirrel cage and wound rotor motors. Familiarity with 110/48 volt relay and contactor circuits is essential. Some experience with frequency speed control devices is preferred. Mechanical knowledge, including medium to large drive couplings, brakes, and reduction gearboxes. Understanding of risks associated with working at height. Preferred experience with overhead cranes and hoists; full product training will be provided. Availability to work a rostered day shift pattern of five days out of seven (39 hours over five days). Scheduled weekend work will attract enhanced pay. Expect to work one weekend per month. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate customer interactions. Demonstrated commitment to safety practices. Physical fitness and capability to work at heights. Willingness to work additional hours when necessary. A valid driving license is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electric overhead traveling cranes.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions effectively.
- Consult with customers regarding repair and safety issues.
- Identify and generate sales leads during service calls.
- Complete necessary documentation accurately.
