Experience:Minimum 4 years of experience in Electrical Engineering within infrastructure, industrial, railway, or construction projects. Strong technical background in:Power distribution systemsControl panels and LV/MV systemsCable routing and protection systemsTesting & commissioning of electrical equipmentExperience working in diverse and multicultural environments. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Education & Certifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or relevant discipline). Professional certifications (e.g., Electrical Safety, LV/MV Systems) are an advantage. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Job Summary:

The Electrical Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, reviewing, installing, and testing electrical systems for various projects. This position ensures adherence to project specifications, safety regulations, and engineering best practices, facilitating project execution from planning through commissioning in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.

  • Review contract documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare electrical deliverables.

  • Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), load calculations, single-line diagrams, and technical submittals.

  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

  • Conduct site inspections and provide support for troubleshooting, corrective actions, and project close-out.

  • Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes and standards.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports along with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource management activities.

  • Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and system handover procedures.

  • Identify risks associated with electrical works and recommend mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure documentation accuracy and maintain up-to-date as-built drawings.

  • Support procurement activities and the commercial/technical evaluation of electrical materials.

  • Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and promote a safe working environment.
