About Odys Aviation
At Odys Aviation, our mission is clear: we are committed to creating safe and sustainable aircraft that significantly reduce travel time on the world’s busiest routes. Our flagship aircraft, Alta, allows travelers to bypass the common frustrations of large airports by utilizing city helipads and local airports for journeys under 1,000 miles—representing approximately 40% of all flights. This innovative approach also contributes to a notable average reduction of 76% in CO2 emissions across billions of flight miles.
To achieve our vision, we have initiated the development of our UAV, named Laila, aimed at revolutionizing commercial logistics, medical transport, humanitarian assistance, disaster relief, and defense operations. We are collaborating with reputable launch partners including Fiji Airways, Honeywell, Aramex, and the US Navy, with our first deployments set for 2026 and firm orders already secured.
Our team comprises seasoned engineers from both deep tech and aerospace sectors, dedicated to rapid iteration processes and mastering the aircraft certification journey. Our collective experience includes developing custom drones, producing multiple automotive platforms, and innovating electrified transportation solutions—from those that levitate magnetically to those that fly. We have been honing our skills and expertise throughout our careers to meet this exciting challenge.
