Job Description 
 
The Avionics Technician plays a crucial role in the assembly, inspection, and maintenance of sophisticated electrical and avionics systems that ensure the reliability and functionality of aerospace vehicles and their payloads. This position entails hands-on electronics assembly, system troubleshooting, inspections, and close collaboration with engineering teams to facilitate development, integration, and launch operations.
 
Key Responsibilities 
 
· Responsible for the assembly and inspection of complex electrical systems that enable spacecraft operations.
· Assemble and install electrical components while maintaining precise and detailed written documentation.
· Enhance and refine existing avionics systems through modifications, upgrades, and bug fixes.
· Collaborate with engineers on instrument development, troubleshooting, testing, and project execution.
· Provide technical support for payload integration activities and launch operations as required.
· Conduct inspections on work completed by other technicians, utilizing documented processes, specifications, drawings, and engineering instructions.
· Adhere to standard manufacturing and quality protocols, including engineering evaluation/change requests and the use of standard manufacturing data systems.
· Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and workmanship standards throughout all phases of work.
