Summary: We are looking for a visionary and detail-oriented eCommerce Design Lead to enhance our digital presence across all online platforms. In this pivotal role, you will report to the Global Marketing eCommerce Director and be responsible for the visual execution of our eCommerce initiatives, including UX/UI design, merchandising aesthetics, and compelling promotional content.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of aesthetic sensibility and practical design skills, ensuring that every digital touchpoint aligns with our brand ethos and drives commercial success. You will oversee our eCommerce design strategy, collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, CRM, and Merchandising teams, and manage a Graphic Designer to deliver impactful creative solutions that boost customer engagement and conversion rates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy & Digital Experience
- Lead the design vision for hudabeauty.com, ensuring premium, brand-aligned experiences across all digital touchpoints (homepages, product listings, landing pages, and more).
- Convert business objectives and customer insights into innovative design strategies that elevate user engagement and enhance performance.
Site Design & Campaign Execution
- Oversee creative updates for homepage, promotional pages, bundles, and evergreen content.
- Guarantee all assets are optimized for mobile and designed to maximize UX and commercial performance.
Brand & Creative Alignment
- Collaborate with the Director of Design to ensure all eCommerce assets adhere to brand guidelines.
- Maintain design excellence while encouraging innovative approaches across all digital channels.
Creative Production Management
- Manage the entire design workflow, from project intake and prioritization to execution and quality assurance.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs that align with our business objectives.
