Provide hands-on support to end users, leveraging your strong problem-solving abilities and tool expertise. Assess new features and functionalities within existing or potential ECAD tools to determine their benefits. Collaborate with ECAD tool vendors to address issues with supplied code, advocating for enhancements and bug fixes. Promote and drive the adoption of ECAD tools through process development and comprehensive training. Establish best practices through meticulous documentation and requirements definition for ECAD automation development. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in identifying engineering use cases and defining software development requirements. Expertise in CAD tools such as Cadence Schematic Capture, Cadence Allegro, Cadence Pulse, Cadence ACC, Cadence Skill Programming, Perforce, Egnyte, and Agile.

In this position, you will remain informed about industry trends and advancements in ECAD tools, becoming a subject matter expert within the Electrical Engineering (EE) community. Your strong proficiency in ECAD tools and understanding of their integration with PDM/PLM systems will be essential for success in this role.
