OverviewAs a Radiotherapy On-Site Application Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in training and supporting our core products in Image-Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT) and Surface Guided Radiation Therapy (SGRT). Your primary engagement will be with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists, Radiation Therapists, Dosimetrists, and Administrators.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate on-site and classroom-based training sessions for our radiotherapy products, particularly ExacTrac Dynamic and ExacTrac Surface.Provide direct support to radiation therapists, physicians, and medical physicists during patient treatment procedures.Deliver On-Site Applications Training (OAT) Courses with a focus on quality and professionalism.Assess customer training needs and propose tailored solutions to enhance their experience.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Brainlab products and clinical workflows to ensure the highest training standards.Enhance the Brainlab Education business and contribute to customer satisfaction through exceptional training delivery.Act as a resource for product knowledge and support the curriculum design of training materials in collaboration with the Instructional Design team.Foster effective communication with all stakeholders, ensuring a courteous and professional approach.Continuously improve training procedures to enhance efficiency.Exhibit professional conduct and set an example within the company.The base salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually.
