We are currently seeking our first E-Commerce Manager for PawChamp to initiate a new line of selling products for dogs.
PawChamp is a mobile application and online platform for pet parents—dog owners—allowing them to train their beloved pets and learn more about care and training through 24/7 chats with experts, the AI companion Pawchie, and educational materials created in collaboration with dog trainers. We provide users with personalized daily lessons covering all aspects of dog training, from basic commands to addressing behavioral issues. Our strategic goal is to become a leader in the global online dog training market and to meet all the needs of pet parents and their dogs beyond training.

What challenges await:
As an E-Commerce Manager, you will be part of the product team and work on the e-commerce project for launching physical product sales for dog owners in foreign markets. Your responsibilities will include:
Building the e-commerce direction of PawChamp from the ground up: from strategy development to the launch of initial sales.
Conducting market research to understand competitors and target audience needs to identify promising product categories and demand.
Creating and conducting tests to validate hypotheses regarding products, pricing, and audiences, measuring and analyzing metrics in the sales funnel.
Developing and aligning the overall e-commerce strategy: business model, sales channels (Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, etc.), unit economics, goals, and KPIs.
Selecting the platform(s) for launch, formulating an MVP store implementation plan, and overseeing its technical creation with the team.
Identifying potential suppliers, procurement models, logistics, fulfillment, and order service.
Launching MVP sales, testing traffic channels, obtaining first orders, and analyzing results.
