Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by proactively expanding our customer base and enhancing relationships with existing clients, aiming to surpass $15M in annual sales.
  • Develop and implement strategic territory plans focusing on high-value opportunities.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach, referrals, and industry networking.
  • Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to craft competitive proposals and finalize high-value contracts.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics weekly, concentrating on pipeline velocity and closing rates.
